Hi Don,

I will be away from the office beginning this Friday (3/13) and is scheduled to
return on (3/23). If it is alright with you and John, we can defer the field meeting
until after my return.

Flowever, if we are to only proceed with a cost estimate for the curb wall to
match the improvements on the West side of the street, and will no longer
explore the erosion control board option, perhaps a field meeting may not be
necessary. Dennis and I can make a site visit to verify the length and provide a
cost estimate accordingly. Either option is fine with us. Please advise.

Also, I was informed that the Urban Forestry Division crew have completed
grinding additional stumps per our previous discussion.
